Jaguars vs. Colts Final Injury Report: Antonio Johnson Is Out, Jakobi Meyers Questionable for Sunday (Jacksonville Watch News)

The Jacksonville Jaguars will be without a starting safety when they host the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. The team's final injury report, released Friday, ruled safety Antonio Johnson out with an ankle injury suffered in the second quarter of the Week 6 London game against Houston; Johnson did not practice Friday. Kaevon Merriweather is in line for increased snaps in the secondary, with Merriweather expected to make his first start of the season, according to reporting on the final report.

Wide receiver Jakobi Meyers is Jacksonville's one open question. Meyers (hamstring/ankle) was limited on Wednesday and Thursday, did not practice Friday, and is listed as questionable, though he told the Florida Times-Union's Demetrius Harvey after practice that he felt okay, according to Big Cat Country's report on the final list. The rest of the Jaguars' report is clean: running back LeQuint Allen Jr., defensive end Josh Hines-Allen and long snapper Ross Matiscik were limited Friday with no game designation, and cornerback Montaric Brown — back after missing two games — defensive tackle Ruke Orhorhoro and tight end Brenton Strange were full participants and are expected to play.

Indianapolis gets two starters back and loses two players. Cornerback Sauce Gardner (calf) and tight end Tyler Warren (groin) are off the injury report and will play, and head coach Shane Steichen said running back Jonathan Taylor and receiver Josh Downs will also play, according to the final-report coverage. The Colts ruled out receiver and punt returner Anthony Gould (concussion) and slot cornerback Justin Walley (knee), and listed linebacker Bryce Boettcher (groin) and tight end Drew Ogletree (knee) as questionable. Kickoff is Sunday at 1 p.m. ET at EverBank Stadium on CBS, with Jacksonville 4-2 and Indianapolis 2-5.
