Jaguars vs Colts Score: Jacksonville Leads Indianapolis 21-0 Late in the First Half Behind Lawrence's Two Touchdown Passes
Trevor Lawrence threw touchdown passes to Brian Thomas Jr. and Nate Boerkircher and Bhayshul Tuten ran 39 yards for a third score as Jacksonville built a 21-0 lead over Indianapolis late in the first half at EverBank Stadium. Defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton was carted off and ruled out with a knee injury.

Jacksonville is in command at EverBank Stadium. Late in the first half on Sunday, Nov. 1, the Jaguars led the Indianapolis Colts 21-0, scoring on a 14-yard Trevor Lawrence pass to Brian Thomas Jr., a 31-yard Lawrence strike to rookie tight end Nate Boerkircher and a 39-yard Bhayshul Tuten touchdown run, the Florida Times-Union and IndyStar reported in their live game files, both opened by the desk this run.
The opening drive set the tone: pinned at their own 2-yard line after an Indianapolis punt, the Jaguars marched 98 yards, the key play a 46-yard catch-and-run by a wide-open Brenton Strange, before Lawrence found Thomas over the middle at 5:30 of the first quarter. It was Thomas's second touchdown of the season, on a day that began with his name at the center of trade speculation ahead of the Nov. 10 deadline.
The second score followed an Indianapolis mistake. On an apparent trick play, Jonathan Taylor stumbled as he pitched the ball toward Josh Downs, and Jaguars defensive end Bryan Thomas Jr. fell on the loose ball at midfield. Four plays later Lawrence sidestepped an unblocked rusher and fired the 31-yard cross-field touchdown to Boerkircher at 7:14 of the second quarter, pushing his passing total to 112 yards at that point. Tuten then broke through four Indianapolis tackle attempts on his 39-yard score at 1:51 of the second quarter.
The lead came at a cost. Defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton went down on the fumble-recovery play clutching his knee, was carted off and was ruled out for the game with a knee injury. Safety Eric Murray left in the first quarter with an elbow injury and went to the locker room; right guard Ezra Cleveland limped off in the first quarter but was able to return. Indianapolis finally threatened late in the half when J.T. Tuimoloau strip-sacked Lawrence and Caden Curry recovered just across midfield with 55 seconds left in the second quarter, at 21-0. Jacksonville entered the game 4-2 and leading the AFC South; Indianapolis is 2-5 and has not won in Jacksonville in more than a decade. A full game-night file follows the final.
